Opulent Terms and Services

Bookings:



Deposits:
A non-refundable booking deposit to 20% of the value of the service requested will be required upon finalizing the booking. Without this deposit your requested booking may not be guaranteed and may be rescheduled.

 

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling fee free up to Four (4) days before the booking is permitted however if you decide to reschedule the booking less than Four (4) days out of the booking date the full 20% booking fee will be surrendered to cover the cost in the days work lost on short notice and a new booking fee will be charged.
To avoid losing your deposit reschedule 4 days prior to your detail and arrive on the agreed drop off time.

Late or no-show:
Late 4 hours past your drop off time may incur in additional fees for the over-time required to complete the job in the time frame agreed upon, unless notified via phone call the day prior to the booking before 4pm with adequate reasoning and agreed upon via text or email.

($35 per hour past the booking drop off)

A no show will be charged 50% of the service to cover the costs of product and days work lost.

Drop off conditions:

Personal Items:
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle to avoid any misunderstandings, although we will not take any personal belongings, anything personal inside the vehicle will be stored away safely until the service is completed and placed back in the vehicle, small items such as Air pods, small toys or loose jewelry may accidentally end up lost, in the bin or vacuumed by mistake unknowingly.
We take a lot of caution to ensure such things don’t happen but they aren’t guaranteed and mistakes happen so please check footwells and under seats for any personal items and remove them from the vehicle before your booking, Opulent Premium Detailing takes no responsibility for any personal items lost from the vehicle.


Glovebox, Center console & other stow away locations:
Please ensure to remove all personal items from all stow away compartments (Glove box, Center console, seat pockets and such) if there are many belongings in these locations we will not detail in there to avoid any misunderstandings and avoid touching a clients personal items.

Unhygienic items:
Please remove all unhygienic items from the vehicle such as adult toys, tampons, condom packets, recreational drug items and devices, nappies and underwear. These items will be left in place and cleaning in that area will be refused.

Drop off inspection:
A drop off inspection may be required in which you will need to sign off before leaving so the service is clear cut and transparent upon what can and can’t be done, and to examine if any further damage or marks have incurred between quotation and drop off.
 

 


Pick up:

Early Pick up:
Early pick up may be allowed based on the service provide, if a pick up during the detailing process must happen full payment is still required even if the job is incomplete.
If the vehicle has been coated and a pick up is requested before curing time has completed the early pick up request will be denied, if the pick up is demanded and the coatings curing time has not been completed warranty for the coat (if a warranted product) will instantly become null and void, please consider this if you have a ceramic booking.


Payment and inspection:
Full payment and walk around inspection to be signed off must take place before hand over of the vehicle.




Payment types and surcharges:
As above, full payment must be made before hand over of the vehicle. We accept payments via Cash, EFT, bank transfer or Invoice.
On the day banks transfers will require proof of transfer and Invoices will require a remittance notice.
EFT payments will incur a 1.9% surcharge on all cards.

 

Product warranties:
Product warranties apply to the brands used and not to Opulent Premium Detailing, please come see us for any warranty issues and we are happy to help but the final decision is on the brand.
Warranties only apply to products that you must register your warranty to the brands website itself.



Service life span:
The service life span comes down to the consumer and how they handle the maintenance after the job has been completed. Failure to do the research or to not use the correct products advised to ensure the products and coatings can reach their maximum life expectancy will diminish a services life expectancy resulting in shorter than usual life span of your detail.


In house warranty:
Opulent Premium Detailing does not offer any warranties on their services on a vehicle older than 90 days as many factors can contribute to failure of a service i.e. clear failure or poor maintenance.
To avoid disappointment Opulent Premium Detailing will suggest maintenance routines, guidelines and recommended products so you can get the most out of your detail!




GYEON 10 YEARS WARRANTY
FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. WHAT IS THE 10 YEARS WARRANTY?

GYEON 10 years warranty is the warranty giving the freedom of choice, being tailor-made for you and your car’s lifestyle. Exclusive warranty system, available for GYEON Q2 Flash & Flash EVO only, based on clear and honest rules defined by the maintenance you decide to follow for your vehicle.

2. WHAT ARE THE BASIC TERMS TO HAVE 10 YEARS WARRANTY?

– 10 Years Warranty can be offered only by GYEON Mobile Certified Detailer who have access to Q2 Flash & Flash EVO with the 10 Years Warranty Package (Plastic Warranty Card, Service Book, Wisdom Book, Hologram W/ Serial Number).

– The warranty has to be registered online via gyeonservices.com within 30 days since the car has been picked up.

– The required maintenance is followed as per maintenance book available on gyeonservices.com

– The periodical maintenance is carried out in time.

3. WHAT IS WARRANTED?

GYEON warrants that during 3 years and above depending on your chosen GYEON maintenance routine, Q2 Flash & Flash EVO coated vehicle paintwork will not lose its gloss, will be protected against most elements, will retain its self-cleaning abilities, will allow easier removal of bird dropping, organic contamination, tar deposits, bugs and acid marks. The chosen coating will retain its beading/sheeting properties for at least 24 months once correct maintenance is followed and vehicle is not exposed to extreme conditions.

 

4. WHAT IS NOT WARRANTED?

GYEON does not warrants any types of damages of failures other than the one mentioned above.

5. TERMS & CONDITIONS

   3 YEARS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE FULFILLED:

– Application of Q2 Flash & Flash EVO was performed only by a GYEON Mobile or Certified Detailer.

– The process was performed strictly by the rules of the manufacturer.

– The warranty shall be registered online within the first 30 days since it has been issued.

 – GYEON Mobile Certified Detailer should keep the bottle of coating used on his customer’s car with the matching serial number and store it for the whole period of the warranty.

– The vehicle has not been washed during the first 14 days with any detergents to let the coating fully cure.

– The car was not washed in an automatic or commercial car wash.

 – After the GYEON initial service, the vehicle has not been serviced by any other detailing company that is not approved by GYEON (that also includes dealer and workshop).

– Q2M CURE, Q2M WETCOAT or Q2M BATHE+ has been used at least once every 3 months for maintenance purposes.

– The warranty is valid only for the registered owner.

– The warranty is void on damaged or repaired panels.

10 YEARS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
ARE FULFILLED ON TOP OF THE ABOVE ALREADY MENTIONED:

– The 10 Years Warranty is valid as long as the customer respect the periodicals paid services at his selected GYEON Mobile Certified Detailer continuously. If a service has not been done on time or skipped, the warranty is void.

– The warranty (3 or 10 years) is valid only under the above-listed conditions and does not cover any types of damage or failure other than those listed above.

– The warranty will not be accepted without the initial service invoice.

– GYEON will not accept any warranty claims from any vehicle users other than its owner registered online.

 – The warranty period starts on the date the 10 Years warranty service book has been signed by the certified mobile detailer.

– GYEON will not be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the vehicle, track use or any surface damage caused by accidents or vandalism.

– The warranty is not transferrable or valid for commercial vehicles.

– GYEON will not be held responsible for lost business, profits or for any losses or additional costs relating to submitting or for the duration of warranty claims.

6. TERMS OF OBLIGATORY MAINTENANCE

– After the GYEON initial service, the customer must maintain his coated vehicle following the GYEON Maintenance Rules available at: gyeonservices.com/en/maintenance

– If the customer chooses to benefits of the 10 Years Warranty, he must comply with GYEON Maintenance Rules and the required periodical paid services every 24 months or 25k KM at his GYEON Mobile Certified Detailer.

– The customer is responsible to settle appointment with his GYEON Mobile Certified Detailer for periodical maintenance services.
